Doula Care

Support for your pregnancy & postpartum journey.

What to Expect:

Pregnancy

During pregnancy, you will have 3 scheduled visits. You may cover comfort techniques for labor, physiological changes during pregnancy and birth, develop a list of birth preferences or plan for postpartum self-care. Between visits, you can connect with your doula anytime by text or phone to ask questions, plan for OB/Midwife visits or get emotional of support.

Labor & Delivery

Your doula will be on call for your labor & delivery. In the early stages of labor, your doula will be available to support you by text, phone or video. Once your labor transitions into active labor your doula will join you in-person to remind you of comfort measures, support you in following your birth preferences, and help you adjust your birth plan as needed. Your doula helps ensure that you are seen and heard throughout your labor & delivery.

Postpartum

Your doula will visit you in the week following your delivery and two more times throughout the 4th trimester. Between visits, you can contact your doula anytime by text or phone to ask questions about breastfeeding, pumping, newborn care, self-care or to get emotional support.
